Starlyle Realty is founded by Dr. Ashok
Tulsidas Gianchandani, PhD who has more than twenty-eight years of successful
experience in business, finance management and real estate investment. He is
the President of Starlyle Property Management Pvt Ltd and Chairman of Berkeley
Finance & Consulting. He was co-founder and associate for more than 10
years with Balozi & Associates, a US firm that specializes in business, government
and multinational organizational consulting. He is a Doctor of Business
Administration since July 5th 2001, holding a few degrees, specializing in
Masters of Business Administration, Marketing Management, International
Business Administration, and Business Administration. In 2002, Dr. Ashok
Tulsidas Gianchandani received the National Leadership Award from US Senator
Tom De Lay, Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, and
was appointed Honorary Co-Chairman in recognition of his outstanding service
and commitment in promoting a pro-business agenda in the US.
Dr. Gianchandani lived in France from 1973 to 1997, and then moved with his
family to the US in 1997, setting up a successful enterprise in Los Angeles,
California. He moved his family to India in 2004, after almost 45 years living
abroad.
